Warwick McMillan (Estimator & Sales Consultant)

Warwick is a founding member of the Choices Flooring Nowra South team, having played a pivotal role in its success since its inception in 2011. With a qualification in Furnishing (Floor Coverings) and extensive experience across various roles in the flooring industry, Warwick is committed to delivering expert advice, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. His leadership and dedication have helped shape the store into the trusted destination it is today, providing flooring solutions tailored to the needs of the Shoalhaven community.

Sam Leedham (Estimator & Sales Consultant)

Sam is a proud Shoalhaven local who has been part of the Choices Flooring Nowra South team since 2013. With a background in carpentry and years of hands-on experience, he has mastered the art of flooring installation. Before joining the team, Sam successfully ran a hospitality business, adding to his wealth of practical knowledge and customer service skills.
At Choices Flooring Nowra South, Sam is the go-to expert for all things flooring. Whether in the showroom or behind the scenes, he’s passionate about helping customers bring their flooring projects to life with the right advice and solutions.

Charlene McMillan (Sales Consultant)

A Shoalhaven local and part of the Choices Flooring Nowra South team since 2017, With a Diploma in decorating, colour, and Australian architecture and many years specialising in the flooring industry, Michelle is dedicated to helping you turn your house into a home or your project into a success.

Joey Tatnell (Primary Measurer & Sales Consultant)

With deep roots in the Shoalhaven community, Joey has been a valued member of the Choices Flooring Nowra South team since 2015. With wealth of knowledge and experience in sales at the iconic Emmott’s, a stint as a publican at Koorawatha Pub, and many years in the flooring industry, his proficiency in everything he does ensures you will have every opportunity to find the floor you’ve been searching for.
